JX Filtration SS Bag Filter Housing is user-friendly, seals perfectly and is designed for safe filtration and minimized product loss, ideal for batch processes that demand the highest quality of filtration.
Besides, our SS Bag Filter Housing is fabricated with industry-leading techniques. They are excellent for use in surface and liquid filtration for a wide range of applications, from food and beverage to fine chemical filtration. Our bag filters are suitable for pre-filtration, end-filtration or as a polishing filter for liquids with a low concentration of solids.
Our ss bag filter housing is divided into two versions: the single bag filter with a maximum 40 t/h flow and multi-bag filter with a full 840 t/h flow.
Both versions have the same working principle. The liquid flows into the chamber via the inlet and goes through the filter bag. The impurities will be blocked in the filter bag. The filter bag is easy to change and can be reused repeatedly after washing or cleaning. With no material consumption, this filter has a low operation cost. Then the filtered liquid stays in the chamber and could flow out with the tube.
