Working Principle

The centrifuge operates with the bowl and screw conveyor rotating at high speed in the same direction with a controlled differential speed. Material is fed into the high-speed rotating bowl through the feed pipe, where powerful centrifugal force causes solid particles to sediment on the bowl wall. The screw conveyor, rotating at a slightly different speed, continuously transports the accumulated solids toward the conical discharge end, while the clarified liquid overflows through the adjustable plate dams. The machine can continuously feed, separate, and discharge materials at full speed operation.
