Working Principle

Filtration Stage: Liquid enters through the inlet and passes through the screen/cartridge, with impurities retained while clean fluid exits via the outlet. Filter elements available in perforated, woven, or wedge wire types.

Cleaning Trigger: Cleaning starts automatically when differential pressure reaches a preset level, a set time elapses, or a manual command is given.

Cleaning Process: Brush/scraper types rotate via motor drive to remove surface impurities; backwash types reverse flow to flush debris; scraper types are especially suitable for viscous fluids. Siemens PLC with touch panel provides centralized control, supporting differential pressure, time, manual, and fully automatic modes.

Discharge Phase: Contaminants are expelled through a drain valve, with continuous fluid supply maintained throughout cleaning to ensure uninterrupted production.
